This Privacy Statement (“Statement”) describes the current policies regarding the collection, use, distribution, and protection of Personal Information (as defined below) you share with us (including our subsidiaries and affialites) on any of our websites (the “Websites”), through any of our services (the “GPM Services” and together with the Website, the “Services”), as well as when you visit our stores or otherwise interact or communicate with us. A full list of our subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “GPM Brands”)  that this policy applies to can be found on the Privacy Center GPM Brands.

We appreciate that you trust us with your Personal Information and take your privacy very seriously. In this Statement, we explain what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to your Personal Information. Please take the time to carefully read through this and the other documents in our Privacy Center, as they are important. If there are any terms in this Statement that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.

This Statement does not apply to websites, software, or applications run by third-parties that may link to, reference, or otherwise contract with, so please reference the respective third-party privacy policy for information on how they collect and use your information.

The Statement also applies to our mobile app fas Rewards policy. Prior to July 1, 2024 there was a separate mobile app privacy.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Websites, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Websites.

 

  1. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

 

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

 

  1. INTERNATIONAL CONSIDERATIONS? 

Summary:  We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.

 

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing our Websites from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities in the United States and by those of third parties with whom we may share your Personal Information. The applicable data protection laws or other similar laws may not be as comprehensive as those in your country.

Summary:  We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.

 

We will only keep your Personal Information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Statement, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements).

 

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Information, transmission of Personal Information to and from our Websites is at your own risk. Summary:  We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

Our Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Websites, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Websites. If we learn that Personal Information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. You will then be removed from the marketing email list — however, we may still communicate with you, for example to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes. Opting out of targeted advertising

 

When you use our online services, we (and our vendors) may collect information about your activities so that we can provide you with advertising tailored to your interests. You can opt out of targeted advertising by visiting the Digital Advertising Alliance website or the Network Advertising Initiative website . If you choose to opt out, you will continue to receive advertisements but they will not be tailored to your interests.

GPM Investments, LLC (“GPM”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.  This  Consumer Privacy Notice Addendum (“Notice”) applies solely to residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Virginia (“you”) and describes our current policies regarding the collection, use, distribution, and protection of your Personal Data (as defined below) you share with us, our subsidiaries, and affiliates, on any of our websites (the “Websites”), through any of our services (the “GPM Services” and together with the Websites, the “Services”), when you visit our stores or otherwise interact or communicate with us, and our mobile applications which include the Privacy Statement. This Notice supplements our main Privacy Statement located above.

We may use your Personal Data to respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. We may use your data to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the use of our Services.

GPM does not sell Personal Data for monetary consideration.
