This Privacy Statement (“Statement”) describes the current policies regarding the collection, use, distribution, and protection of Personal Information (as defined below) you share with us (including our subsidiaries and affialites) on any of our websites (the “Websites”), through any of our services (the “GPM Services” and together with the Website, the “Services”), as well as when you visit our stores or otherwise interact or communicate with us. We appreciate that you trust us with your Personal Information and take your privacy very seriously. In this Statement, we explain what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to your Personal Information. This Statement does not apply to websites, software, or applications run by third-parties that may link to, reference, or otherwise contract with, so please reference the respective third-party privacy policy for information on how they collect and use your information.
The Statement also applies to our mobile app fas Rewards policy. Prior to July 1, 2024 there was a separate mobile app privacy.

This Consumer Privacy Notice Addendum (“Notice”) applies solely to residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Virginia (“you”) and describes our current policies regarding the collection, use, distribution, and protection of your Personal Data (as defined below) you share with us, our subsidiaries, and affiliates, on any of our websites (the “Websites”), through any of our services (the “GPM Services” and together with the Websites, the “Services”), when you visit our stores or otherwise interact or communicate with us, and our mobile applications which include the Privacy Statement.
